Plans & quota

How the monthly refund-defense caps work, what happens once you hit one, and how upgrading re-defends recent requests.

Plans

Refund Sensor offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Each paid plan raises how much refund revenue you can defend per month, measured in US dollars:

  • Free: connect unlimited apps, up to $1,000 in refund defense.
  • Starter: up to $2,500 in refund defense, plus team members and roles.
  • Pro: unlimited refund defense.
  • Enterprise: custom limits, dedicated support, and an SLA.

The cap is on the value you can defend, not the number of apps, so you can connect everything you own on any plan. See the pricing page for current prices.

How the cap works

The cap is measured in the US-dollar value of the refunds you defend each month, not a count of requests. As defended refunds add up they draw down that monthly allowance. We never take a percentage of the revenue you recover, so a bigger recovery never costs you more.

Reaching the cap

Once you reach your cap, incoming requests are still recorded, so nothing disappears from your dashboard, but they are not actively defended until you upgrade or the next cycle begins. Your quota is tracked in a persistent ledger, so it stays accurate even if you remove and re-add an app.

Upgrading

When you upgrade, Refund Sensor goes back and re-defends requests that were skipped for being over the cap, but only while the store's response window is still open, which is about 12 hours for Apple. Past that point the window has closed and the request can no longer be answered, so upgrading sooner recovers more.

Billing

Billing is handled by Paddle. You can start on the Free plan without a card, and upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Enterprise plans can be arranged with custom caps and terms.
